Harry is first a Christ follower, and then a husband of 44 years. A father of five children and a grandfather to 13 grandchildren. After 21 years in the fast-moving computer business, Harry was called as a sports pastor to lead the youth sports program at CCV Stars in Peoria, Arizona. A graduate of Brophy Prep (HS) and University of Santa Clara, Harry also attained a TCM International Institute ministry certificate in 2021. Harry holds a National USSF A License from US Soccer. He was added to the Arizona Soccer Hall of Fame in 2025. “My passion is to empower Godly leaders to use sports ministry to help transform impoverished communities around the world.”

Kenny Laird, Chairman
Kenny Laird
Chairman

Kenny is the founder, owner, and head coach of Stars Fútbol Club, a semi-professional soccer club he launched in 2024 that has competed in USL League Two since 2025. Built around the philosophy of “Win, Train, Send,” Stars FC pairs competitive soccer with Christian-focused leadership training for its players. Through the Stars FC Foundation, Kenny runs free youth soccer clinics across the Valley and has helped launch an international player-development partnership with a soccer academy in the Gambia — extending a coaching legacy that includes nearly two decades leading high school boys' soccer programs across the Phoenix area, most notably at Greenway High School, which he guided to a Division II state semifinal appearance in 2012–13. Before Stars FC, Kenny spent more than 22 years in public safety leadership with the Phoenix Police Department and later served as police chief at his alma mater, Grand Canyon University. He is also the founder and CEO of Canyon Security Specialist & Consulting, a Phoenix-based security and investigations firm. Kenny is the father of five children, including two sons who went on to play college soccer — and for him, soccer, faith, and community have always gone hand in hand, making Field of Hope's mission a natural extension of a life spent coaching kids both on and off the field.

Robb Waldrep, Vice President
Robb Waldrep
Vice President

Robb surrendered his life to Christ Jesus in 2019 and now seeks to pursue His heart in all things. In 2025, Robb traveled to Nairobi, Kenya for his first mission trip and returned with a deeper passion to serve. Married since 1997, he and his wife are the proud parents of three adult children. Professionally, Robb serves as Chief Administrative Officer of DBM Global & Executive Vice President of Schuff Steel, where his leadership responsibilities have spanned operations, technology, organizational development, and enterprise strategy. Increasingly focused on developing people and future leaders, he is passionate about helping individuals recognize their God-given potential, grow in character and capability, and use their talents to positively influence the people and communities around them. Sports, and soccer in particular, have also played an important role in Robb’s family. As the father of a professional soccer player, Robb has experienced firsthand the impact that pastors, coaches, mentors, teammates, and communities can have on a young person’s development and the opportunities that can emerge when talent is met with encouragement, discipline, and support. Robb’s commitment to service is rooted in his love for Jesus Christ, and a simple belief: meaningful impact multiplies when people are equipped to serve others. That philosophy aligns perfectly with Field of Hope and its mission to support individuals and organizations who are doing meaningful work, while creating new opportunities where needs remain unmet. For Robb, Field of Hope is ultimately about investing in people - helping young people pursue opportunities, developing leaders who will positively influence others, strengthening communities, and turning generosity into lasting impact.

Dale Micetic
Secretary / Treasurer

Dale Micetic has been involved in faith-based missions for many years. Having served on the board of various churches, One Challenge, Young Life, and other non-profit organizations, he loves seeing firsthand how the Lord works through organizations and individuals. Dale is especially partial to youth and sports-related ministries, as these reach kids when they are most needing positive influences in their lives. Before retiring in 2013, Dale and his wife owned a contracting company in Phoenix, Arizona. Married for over 50 years, Dale and Sue have four children and ten grandchildren. They live in Phoenix when they are not traveling to be with children and grandchildren in Flagstaff, Rochester, or Sacramento, CA. Dale completed his Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University and a Master's in Christian Leadership from Western Theological Seminary. Dale shared, “My greatest joy is to see young people commit their lives to following Jesus. Sports ministry is an effective and natural way to introduce them to the life-changing truths of the Gospel.”
